The 2019 Annual Meeting (‘conference’) of the British Society for Geomorphology (BSG) will be held at the University of Sheffield from Monday 9th to Wednesday 11th September 2019.

A pre-conference field trip to Edale and surroundings in the Peak District will be held on Sunday 8th September, with limited places available for booking through the conference shop.

An Early Career Researcher workshop will be held before the conference opens on Monday 9th September, which is free to attend and does not require booking.

A workshop organised by the Professional Geomorphology network will be held alongside the conference (11 and 12 September) with places available for booking through the conference shop.

The BSG are offering free childcare for pre-school age babies and children (0–4 years) to support parents and carers in attending the Annual Meeting. If you would be interested in using the on-site creche facilities please contact the Organising Committee (bsg2019@sheffield.ac.uk) for more information. Babes-in-arms may also accompany their parent/carer into the meeting sessions and events if preferred.
